Do you clean the inside and the outside?
Yes — both sides, plus tracks, frames and sills. Screens are brushed and reinstalled. Exterior-only visits cost less; just say so in the quote form.
What is pure-water cleaning?
Deionised water fed through a pole and brush. It dries spot-free with no chemicals or suds, and often reaches second and third storeys from the ground — no ladder required.
Doesn’t rain just make windows dirty again?
Rain itself is clean water. The spots you see come from dust and pollen already sitting on the glass. If rain within seven days of our visit leaves spots, we touch up for free.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Most homes are happiest twice a year, spring and autumn. Storefronts do best weekly or fortnightly, and coastal or busy-road properties about quarterly.
Are you insured for ladder work?
Fully — $2M liability plus workers’ compensation, on every job. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens. Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit — after that a small fee covers the reserved time.
